Your Data, Your Control

At GriddleOS, we believe you should have full control over your digital footprint. If you decide to part ways with our app, we want to make the process of deleting your data as simple and transparent as possible.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

Once your deletion request is processed:

• Account Deletion: Your login credentials will be permanently removed. You will no longer be able to sign in to GriddleOS.
• Personal Information: Your name, email address, phone number, and profile details will be deleted from our active databases.
• Work History: If you are an employee, your historical schedule data may be anonymized or retained by your employer for their business records (e.g., payroll and tax compliance), but it will no longer be linked to your personal identity in our systems.

Data Retention

Please note that we may need to retain certain information for a limited period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. For example, transaction records may be kept for tax and accounting purposes.

Timeline

We aim to process all data deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
